Effort sure does pay back! Michael Jackson's Work Culture.

Michael Jackson was one of the few singers who had great vocal range though he didn't have the largest vocal range . Music was Michael Jackson's greatest passion, and he turned his art into a lifelong pursuit of perfection.

Jeffrey Daniel was a member of the R&B group Shalamar and pioneered the dance move the backslide — which, after he taught it to Michael Jackson, became known as the moon walk. He is a quick learner by observing, practicing, and trying. He did that with his voice too to get to the level of what we have heard of him till his death.

He is a perfectionist,  who tries until he gets it fluent on his body and voice to be natural. And yet he himself has never satisfied with any of performances he has made. His closest associate would say that he would practice everyday until he actually collapse for the day. Smooth Criminal, Beat It and Thriller was well choreographed and well rehearsed. He went through the rehearsal more than hundred times and yet not satisfied for the day for normal for him.

He would not stop being perfecting himself, until someone convinces him that it was really good. That usually don't happen as he gets connected emotionally. It is not widely know how much effort did he really put to bring him to what he is known for as a king of pop and the legacy of his own.

Well, he is agile. If something doesn't work, he never stops exploring new things until he seems it to work for the purpose and the feel of the emotion that he wants to connect with. He never stops, he pushes himself always to break himself. He has a creative thinking, wants to have new moves with innovative sounds. He is a motivator - he did make sure that his team understood his vision. He went through lot of pains to execute his visionary Thriller to be the massive blockbuster on the billboard till date.

So push yourself, extend your boundaries. Make history!.
