Communication

You may be thinking, “Am I able to communicate effectively or not.” Have no fear, effective communication can be gained through experience! As an employee, you won’t always have the exposure you need. And when you don’t have the exposure you need to support and train your communication, you often have to make quick statements verbally or by writing based on your gut. In these situations, it doesn’t benefit you to effectively communicate; as you know this must be from your native years old training and the exposure you already had. If you have a deep understanding of your industry and your communication becomes more effective - it’s based on process, structure and seamless connected dots. Don’t worry, it requires effort and practice; it happens. Instead, learn from your mistakes, and know that you will effectively communicate over time.
