Optimized use of AI in Hiring

AI uses the machine learning making more cognitive decisions which are productive based on the available data. The purpose of engaging, retaining, hiring and re-hiring is fulfilled and are highly productive or at least to an appreciable extent when focused on economy. The needs are assessed and profiles are matched based on both the candidates and employees. While it can take care of administrative tasks in HR to managing the complete executive team, the benefits are still under estimated.

The employee database and the big data is no more a buzz word as it has become day to day task oriented needs. Knowing enough to have the ability to decide or imitate human on all cases may not be possible, so there will be certain circumstances where there will always be human intervention required in terms of hiring. But certainly, there is much appreciated savings made in terms of cost and time. The prospects should be more investigated and implemented as per the business need as the scope of benefits are so high that this cannot be ignored.
