It was an unusual experience. Not that I expected. After ordering the lunch from the touch screen, you can see through the glass window how the plate gets prepared with all the dishes ordered and with impeccable package, it runs through the rail to get delivered to your table.

Once it is near your table, you need to pick it. And once you are done with the lunch, before you pay the bill, you can give feedback which is fed real time to the restaurant's website.

Well, we are not far from completely relying on the automation. It is just out there on anything, car wash and you name it. In some of the hotels, even the room service is done through robotics. #Machine #Learning could be the one. Yes, you can train it to say - Thanks, Sorry, Welcome, It's my pleasure at the appropriate time, automated customer experience. Of course yes, customers are still human.

We are living in an wonderful age, where we have machines to help us in most unique ways with their own intelligence based on big data.
